Over nearly four decades in property I have helped landlords build portfolios, developers grow projects, and professionals understand ownership. Along the way I noticed that tenants, the very people funding the system, were often the least informed about how to step into ownership themselves.
Many believed they could not buy when in reality they simply lacked information and guidance. tenant2owner was created to change that, with clear practical information, honest explanations without jargon, and tools to see what is genuinely possible for you.

Solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser, both non-practising. UK property since 1986, and four decades of hands on residential property experience: buying, developing and managing properties of almost every type. I retired from legal practice in 2015 to focus fully on property, and I bring legal standards with me.
When I self-published Be Prepared: Renters' Rights and Residential Landlords in England on 10 January, it reached #1 in two of its three Amazon Kindle categories within days. When the law changed, I withdrew the book from sale rather than leave outdated guidance in circulation. That is the standard I hold myself to, and the standard I apply here.
