A message to you from Patricia

When I started tenant2owner, I spent months creating free guides, calculators, and resources for tenants who wanted to buy their first home. I knew they were out there; every tenant I’ve spoken to has told me they wanted to.
The engagement after launch was however, underwhelming - I expected the webinars to be full to the brim all the time; they’re not.
So I gathered evidence. I talked to friends, I talked to my audience. I got some feedback from subscribers, and was also extremely lucky to have the benefit of feedback and brainstorming from/with a focus group.
What some said:
“I really don't know where to start
“I need someone to walk me through it”
”I started reading but felt overwhelmed”
The focus group:
People would benefit more from being given a “firm plan” (one person actually said “with a whip”, but I took that to mean accountability 😏)
Further, a few people seemed to think tenant2owner is a rent2buy operator; it isn’t. It was therefore time for a revamp.
I’ve added free podcasts for those who still want to go it alone, but find reading overwhelming; but the new tenant2owner now offers four routes for tenants to get to their own front door quicker: the free, and three paid structured programmes.
There’s now a weekend Sprint, a 4-week Bootcamp, and a 10-week Accelerator (1-2-1).
